உலகின் தலை சிறந்த ஆசிரியத்துவத்திற்கான விருது – 2021
2021 ம் ஆண்டிற்கான தலை சிறந்த ஆசிரியத்துவத்திற்கான BIC Cristal Pen விருதினை யாழ் இந்துக் கல்லூரி ஆசிரியர் திரு.இ.இரமணன் பெற்றுக் கொண்டுள்ளார். விசேடமாக கொவிட் -19 இடர் காலத்தில் தலை சிறந்த அர்ப்பணிப்புடன் எதிர்கால சந்ததியினரின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு பெரும் பங்காற்றி கற்பித்தலில் புத்தாக்க முறைமைகளைப் புகுத்தி நிகழ்நிலை கற்பித்தலில் மாணவர்கள் வெற்றிகரமாக ஈடுபடுவதற்கான வழிவகைகளைக் கையாண்டு மாணவர்களை கல்வியின் பால் தூணடுவதன் மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கும் சமூகத்திற்கும் கல்விப் பணியாற்றியமைக்காகவும் உலகின் அனைத்து தமிழ் மாணவர்களும் பயன்பெறும் வண்ணம் இலவசமாக ஆசிரிய பணியினை முன்னெடுத்தமைக்காகவும் இவ்விருது வழங்கப்படுகிறது. உலகளாவிய ரீதியில் அனைத்து நாடுகளிலுமிருந்து ஒவ்வொரு பிராந்தியங்களிலிருந்தும் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பத்து வெற்றியளர்களில் யாழ் இந்துக் கல்லூரி ஆசிரியர் திரு இ.இரமணன் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டமையை வரவேற்று யாழ் இந்துக் கல்லூரி சமூகம் பெருமையடைவதுடன் ஆசிரியருக்கு பாராட்டுக்களைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கின்றது. மேலும் இவ்விருதின் பிரகாரம் யாழ் இந்துக் கல்லூரிக்கு 5000 யூரோ பணமும் (ரூ. 1,150,000.00) 1000 அமெரிக்கடொலர் பெறுமதியான பொருட்களும் நன்கொடையாக வழங்கப்பட இருக்கின்றது.

The BIC Cristal Pen Awards recognize and celebrate exceptional educators who are making an impact on their students and communities by inspiring and preparing the next generation to thrive. Each winner will receive a 5,000-euro grant (Rs.1,150,000.00) and 1000 American dollars valued product donation for school.
Mr.R. Ramanan has had years of impressive experience in academia and is currently a teacher at Jaffna Hindu College. Mr.R.Ramanan is deserving of such an award is attributed to his undeniable methods of innovative teaching, particularly his dedication to online teaching during the COVID- 19 lockdowns which have shown his true resilience and drive to empower students and their education even during the toughest of times. Just a few of the many ways he has exceeded expectations is through his continuous efforts of delivering quality education and highly creative, interactive, and collaborative work through online platforms such as Zoom and MS team from home, using smart digital panels, and unique styles to his virtual classroom management. Beyond this, he has gone above and beyond to build a DIY filming set-up to create a plethora of free YouTube lessons for students globally, which can be accessed by anyone around the world, not limited to Sri Lanka. These YouTube videos have garnered thousands of views in total, facilitating knowledge development in many students that are eager to learn and succeed.
Moreover, Mr. Ramanan has ensured that even the learning environment of his students is optimized and enhanced for the best learning experience in his classrooms by modifying and setting up pleasant classrooms for students to enjoy school.
